This Privacy Policy describes how SaralHR ("Saral", "we", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or sign up for our waitlist. We've tried to write this in plain English.
What we collect
When you sign up for our waitlist, we collect:
- Email address — to reach out when access opens.
- Name and company details — to understand who wants access.
- Company size and notes — to help us prioritize the right features.
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your password.
We also receive standard server and device logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and basic analytics.
How we use it
- To keep you updated on the waitlist and product availability.
- To decide who to invite into early access.
- To improve the product based on aggregate patterns.
- To secure the service against abuse.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
Where it's stored
Account and waitlist data is stored in Supabase (built on PostgreSQL), our authentication and database provider. Supabase infrastructure is hosted in secured cloud regions.
Your rights
You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, request that we correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Send us a note via the contact page.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies — essential ones for sign-in session state and theme preference. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above.
