This Privacy Policy describes how SaralHR ("Saral", "we", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or sign up for our waitlist. We've tried to write this in plain English.
The Saral Kiosk Android app is covered by a separate privacy policy.
What we collect
When you sign up for our waitlist, we collect:
- Email address — to reach out when access opens.
- Name and company details — to understand who wants access.
- Company size and notes — to help us prioritize the right features.
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your password.
If you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, topic, and message so we can reply.
We also receive standard server and device logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and basic analytics.
How we use it
- To keep you updated on the waitlist and product availability.
- To decide who to invite into early access.
- To improve the product based on aggregate patterns.
- To secure the service against abuse.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
Where it's stored
Account and waitlist data is stored in Supabase (built on PostgreSQL), our authentication and database provider. Supabase infrastructure is hosted in secured cloud regions.
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our inbox by Resend, our email delivery provider.
Your rights
You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, request that we correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Send us a note via the contact page.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages are viewed. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (for example, _ga) in your browser to do this.
Your sign-in session and theme preference are saved in your browser's local storage. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above.
